Back in July, the Republican Party of Dane County clearly stated our support for new legislation emerging in the Wisconsin Legislature to protect life and further ban the practice of selling aborted babies for profit (“GOP is looking out for the ‘little guy’”). Planned Parenthood has been harvesting organs since the early 1990’s when President Clinton authorized the use of fetal tissue in biomedical research. It has grown into a billion dollar industry and Planned Parenthood was exposed when they were caught on video haggling over the price for parts of aborted babies.

The Republican Party of Dane County received a prestigious Wisconsin Award at the Republican Party of Wisconsin’s annual state convention in La Crosse this past weekend. The Wisconsin Award is one of the highest awards a county party can receive. Growing membership, participation in local parades and fairs, and regularly holding forums on currents issues are just a few of the activities Dane County Republican did to qualify for the award.

RPDC Asks Justice Bradley to Respect the Law

Leading up to Election Day Justice Bradley, in the face of ongoing ethics complaints, continues to keep a photo on her Facebook page that shows a shameful lack of integrity on her part. In the photo, a Dane County employee, a sheriff, illegally uses taxpayer-funded equipment to endorse her candidacy. The sheriff, in uniform, in front of his car with the word “sheriff” partially showing, shakes Justice Bradley’s hand. A complaint has been filed with the Dane County Ethics Board against the sheriff for this attempt to influence the election using the property of the sheriff’s office.

RPDC Hosts Annual Caucus, Affirms Support for Right to Work, Elects New Officers

The Republican Party of Dane County held its annual party caucus on Saturday February 28. With a quorum present, the group voted on its officers for 2015-2016 and passed several resolutions.
The group passed a resolution on its support for the Right to Work legislation that is currently being reviewed by the Wisconsin Assembly after having passed the State Senate last week.
